Developing your Photography Skills – (Full Day Workshop)
Participating in my ‘Developing your Photography Skills’ photography workshop builds on my ‘Get Off Auto‘ photography workshop. It is designed to allow you to improve your skill level and start to develop your own ‘style’.
Picking up your camera and exploring new photographic opportunities will always motivate and inspire you to grow as a photographer. However, feeling confident that you can transfer what you see in front of you into an image is a great feeling.
Being able to navigate through your camera settings and shoot the images you can see in your minds eye, is a way better experience.
How will you Benefit from my Photography Skills Workshop?
This workshop will give you the opportunity to take full control of your camera’s settings in a creative learning environment and develop you photography skills.
It is fact that as humans the way we grow and learn best is by trial and error. Making mistakes is the best way to learn. Having someone there to feed you the knowledge and guide you along the way, is priceless.
This course will allow you to start to experiment with long exposures, bokeh, speed among others.
Share and compare your results with other photographers who share your passion for photography, and who are at a similar skill level to you.
This course, as with all of my others, allows you to learn from an expert while developing your confidence.
COMPLETING THIS COURSE WILL HELP YOU:
- build your confidence levels in your camera
- pick the best position for the shot you want to captur
- understand the correct settings for different scenario
- understand the rule of third
- realise the importance of your pixels
WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR?
The course is aimed at those who are proficient with their DSLR, are using something other than auto, but want to take their skills to the next level.
It is useful for those photographers who are not overly confident with using the creative zones on their camera. Maybe you need a refresher. Maybe you want a greater understanding of how to use depth of field in your images to make a subject ‘pop’. You might just need some affirmation on what you are doing with regards to your set up, framing or style.
